VEVO en sólo semanas

Miami, Florida- Daddy Yankee es uno de las personalidades con más amigos en su página social de Facebook. Así lo anunció la compañía Plus Three en un estudio realizado en los sitios de páginas sociales para determinar el crecimiento de estas herramienta de medios para los Latinos. Daddy Yankee es una de las celebridades que entran en el Top 1,000 donde también figuran en el estudio el Presidente Barack Obama, George Lopez, Carlos Santana y el futbolista Leonel Messi.

En el reporte, el Presidente de Plus Three, Juan Proano,  expresó que los usuarios Latinos  de Facebook aumentaron a un 167% comparado al 21% de los no hispanos. Por otro lado, Nielsen reportó que el usuario promedio de Facebook utiliza cuatro horas y 39 minutos en el sitio por semana. Este promedio es más del que utilizan en Google, Yahoo,  Microsoft, Wikipedia, y Amazon combinado.

Daddy Yankee tiene más de 8.5 millones de amigos en su página de Facebook y más de 1.5 millones de seguidores en Twitter. Su más reciente video Ven Conmigo ha alcanzado más de 13 millones de visitas en VEVO a menos de un mes de su lanzamiento.

Number 1 in Venezuela and Argentina

Miami, FL July 19, 2011-  Daddy Yankee will be back in the spolight when he performs his new hit  single Ven Conmigo alongside Prince Royce at Univision’s 2011 Premios Juventud. Ven Conmigo, The Big Boss’ first single off his upcoming release PRESTIGE, premiered on VEVO with more than 12 million views and was in the top 10 videos on the digital network. Ven Conmigo also came in at number 3 on iTunes charts in it’s first week in sales. The single continues to climb the radio charts every week taking the single to a numbre 1 position in Venezuela and in Argentina’s 40 Principales chart.  Its current position on the US urban latn charts is 3.

Yankee y Royce sorprenderán a la audiencia

(Miami, FL, 12 de julio de 2011) - Daddy Yankee encenderá con su ritmo los Premios Juventud cuando el próximo jueves, 21 de julio interprete junto a Prince Royce en el Bank United Center de Miami ante una de las más grandes audiencias de la televisión nacional.

“Estoy listo para encender la tarima de Premios Juventud junto a Prince Royce y poderle dar a todos los fans lo que han estado esperando. ¡Les aseguró que nuestra presentación va a estar a otro nivel!”, comentó Yankee.

Premios Juventud se verá en Estados Unidos y Puerto Rico a partir de las 8:00 de la noche a través de la cadena Univisión.

Ven Conmigo alcanza la posición número 1 en Venezuela y Argentina y se posiciona entre los 5 más escuchados de los Billboard Urban Charts.

Ven Conmigo es el primer sencillo de la nueva producción discográfica del Big Boss que estrenó durante el mes de abril, contó con más de 9,000 impresiones en las redes sociales a sólo horas del estreno y alcanzó la tercera posición en ventas en iTunes durante la primera semana.  En junio estrenó el vídeos musical del sencillo en VEVO alcanzando más de 13 millones de impresiones en la primera semana convirtiéndose en uno de los 10 vídeos más vistos en la red digital. Las nominaciones se suman a todas las que el artista ha recibido con su más reciente producción Mundial. Miami, FL - September 8th, 2010- International superstar, Daddy Yankee has received three nominations for the 11th annual Latin Grammy Awards. Nominations include best urban music album, for “MUNDIAL” and two nominations for best urban song for “DESCONTROL” and “GRITO MUNDIAL”. These nominations make the veteran artist a ten time nominee. The 11th annual Latin Grammy Awards”nominations were announced this morning live from Los Angeles, CA.

“I just got the news of my nominations for the Latin Grammys,  I’m currently in Buenos Aires, Argentina on tour and this week has been a week of great news for me! Argentina has welcomed me with open arms and has been really incredible. We’re #1 on the Billboard charts with “La Despedida” and now the Grammy nominations for best album for Mundial and TWO of my songs nominated for best song “Grito Mundial” and “Descontrol”!!! I am thankful to my wonderful fans and the members of the Academy!” notes Yankee of the news.

Daddy Yankee is currently on the Latin American leg of his “Mundial” world tour and is also up for a 2010 MTV Video Music Award for “Latino Artist of the Year” and holds the #1 spot on the Latin charts for third consecutive week with his current single “La Despedida”.

Las nominaciones para el artista incluyen “Mejor Álbum Musical Urbano” por “Mundial” y dos nominaciones a “Mejor Canción Urbana”  por sus éxitos mundiales “Descontrol” y “Grito Mundial”. Con estas nominaciones el artista veterano logra alcanzar su decima nominación.
